How long does delivery take?
We offer nationwide delivery across all 9 provinces of South Africa. Orders take 24–48 hours to process, and delivery takes 3–6 working days, depending on your location.

How much is delivery?
We offer FREE delivery on orders over R1600. Orders under that value are charged a flat fee of R60 anywhere in South Africa.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow its journey to your door.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! For now, KAVE only ships within South Africa.

How long do returns take?
We’ll respond to your return request within 72 hours. If approved, you’ll receive store credit or a refund, depending on your preference.

Do you allow exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges unless the mistake was on our side. You’re welcome to return the item and place a new order.
